Will Hanlon's Legal practice focuses solely on criminal law. A native of Tampa, he practiced with the Public Defender's office in Hillsborough County (Tampa, FL) from 1994-1997. He attended the National Crime Defense College at Mercer Law School (1996) and the Prosecutor/Public Defender Trial Training Program at the University of Florida College of Law (1995).
Mr. Hanlon aggressively defends a wide range of criminal allegations: domestic violence (battery and aggravated battery), drug possession, violations of probations and community control, juvenile charges, weapons charges, sex offenses, theft, Driving Under the Influence, and various other traffic offenses. Will Hanlon's experience as a public defender and in private practice give him the ability to fight for the rights of the accused. Mr. Hanlon was recently inducted as a Senior Counsel Member of the American College of Barristers.
