State v. J; Judge: Deno Economou (Sarasota County)

FACTS: The client was charged with unlawful sexual activity with certain minors. The charge is a second degree felony carrying a maximum of 15 years in Florida State Prison. According to police reports a 17 year old student was questioned by law enforcement about having sex with one of the geography teachers in her school. Initially, she denied the relationship, and then eventually told police that she had sex with our client on a number of occasions at his apartment. To find out more visit our website.
