Our client was stopped for speeding by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office in Plant City. After conducting the stop the officer asked for consent to search the car. The search resulted in charges for possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. 3.9 grams of marijuana was found in a plastic baggie in a pocket behind the driver's seat.
