DUI Plea of not Guilty for Hilton

Hotel hieress Paris hilton pled not guilty to DUI charges stemming from her September arrest this week. Hilton did not attend the arraignment, but her DUI lawyer entered the plea on her behalf.
This all started on September 6, 2006 when Hilton was stopped by police after leaving a Hollywood nightclub. They claim she was pulled over do to "erratic" driving. Her blood alcohol level was reportedly 0.08, the minimum needed for a DUI charge in California, but police would not confirm this. Hilton has admitted to having one margarita at the event she had left before her arrest.
This is Hilton's first DUI charge. Her trial is set to begin February 23rd.
